Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation) for Consumers 
(17) The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without providing reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the ordered goods.

 (20) In the event of withdrawal, mapbagrag® must reimburse the customer for all payments made to mapbagrag®, including shipping costs and processing fees, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day the notification of withdrawal was received by mapbagrag®. For this reimbursement, mapbagrag® uses the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case will the customer incur any fees for this reimbursement. mapbagrag® may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

(21) The customer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the customer has informed mapbagrag® about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiration of this period.

 (22) The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. (23) The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
